They began with a Needs Assessment to clearly define project goals, objectives, and required features. Based on this assessment, CARIRI crafted a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) to communicate their LIMS requirements to potential vendors. Their RFP served as a vital tool for outlining the project and also would provide a solid roadmap for the company-vendor relationship. After receiving responses, CARIRI carefully evaluated each proposal. In the end, they made a well-informed decision, choosing the right LIMS partner to meet their needs.
