However, rapid growth brought new challenges. With more demand and new facilities, managing laboratory records and processes became complex.

The PremieRpet laboratory needed a system to store records, save time, and standardize processes as the company grew. The need to implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure efficiency and traceability became essential.
