As Bioagri Ambiental experienced rapid growth, the company noticed that highly skilled professionals were spending valuable time manually typing Analysis Bulletins (BAs). This not only led to frequent typing errors but also caused delays in delivering results and issuing reviews, impacting overall efficiency.

Their volume of samples grew every day. "Growth was very fast. We increased from just over 4,000 samples per year in 2000 to 4,000 samples per month by 2005. Implementing a new system was essential to boost productivity and improve management," recalls Marcos Ceccatto, Technical Director.
